About Stability
Making IT something businesses can rely on, not something they have to constantly think about.
Stability has worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from people running a company from home right through to large, complex organisations operating at a global level. Over time, it is not the company names that stand out, but the people and the projects. The work tends to be about fixing real problems, removing risk, and making sure IT actually supports the business rather than getting in the way.
A big part of how Stability works today comes from learning how different organisations operate. That learning is often not technical. It comes from understanding how teams work, how decisions are made, and what really matters day to day. That experience feeds directly into how systems are designed, secured, and supported for customers now.
Enterprise Experience
Banks, government, global platforms, charities, and major retailers
Security First
Built on experience where shortcuts are quickly exposed
We have worked in demanding environments including global technology platforms, banks, government departments, international charities, and large retail organisations with a worldwide footprint. These are places where security, reliability, and good governance are essential, and where shortcuts are quickly exposed.
Up to 2024, Stability was also regularly engaged by other IT service providers to support their customers. This work typically involved senior-level design, third-line support, or the delivery of large and complex projects. In many cases, those providers struggled to find experienced local staff. Stability built that capability in-house and was brought in where depth of experience really mattered.
Right-Sized Focus
Primarily serving organisations with 10 to 200 users
Long-Term Thinking
Building systems that fit how your business actually runs
Today, Stability focuses primarily on organisations with roughly 10 to 200 users. That range tends to be where we add the most value, but it is not a hard limit. What matters more than size is that the business wants IT to be done properly, with an emphasis on security, reliability, and long-term thinking.
That background shapes how we operate. We do not do break and fix IT, and we do not believe in one-size-fits-all services. Every business works differently, and its IT should reflect that. Our focus is on building stable, secure systems that fit how a business actually runs, rather than forcing it into a standard template.
Stability exists to make IT something businesses can rely on, not something they have to constantly think about.
